Evolved360 Warranty Program

Powered by EVSTAR

Evolved360 is a brand new warranty and service program offered by Evolved EV Charging Solutions for our clients to get the most out of their investment.

Installing EV chargers can be a big step, and we want to make sure you’re covered to keep your chargers running their best for years to come.

Currently, the Evolved360 warranty and service program offered through Evolved EV Charging Solutions with support from EVSTAR is available to all Evolved EV Charging Solutions clients interested in protecting their investment.

If you’re an Evolved customer interested in joining the program, please reach out to your Evolved sales representative.

While we are working to expand this program, we are not able to offer this program to charger ports or charging stations that Evolved EV Charging Solutions has not installed at this time.

The cost of the program is determined by the charger that you are covering under warranty. Please reach out to your sales representative for more information on the program cost for your specific charger(s).

Evolved360 is a 5-year extended warranty that covers more than the standard or OEM warranty offers for your new EV charging station. Some elements covered by the Evolved360 program include:

✅ Parts

✅ Technical Support

✅ Accidental Damage

✅ Power Surge

✅ Unit Replacement

✅ Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance

✅ Unit Repair

We’ve designed Evolved360 to make it simple and easy to get your charging station serviced.

To file a claim on your charger’s Evolved360 warranty, please reach out to your Evolved representative with more information and we will schedule an appointment for service.

Under normal circumstances, a service technician will be scheduled to visit your charger’s location within 72 hours of your claim acceptance.

During your annual maintenance, the team will test the power level at your charger(s) to ensure proper charging speed, check the condition of the charging plugs and cables, clean the charger inside and out, tighten the lugs (the connection between the power input and the charger) and replace the air filter where applicable (available for Level 3 only). We will record this data and take photos of the charger before and after the service visit.
